Your purchased goods will arrive within 7-14 business days from the date your order is placed. If for any reason your order is expected to exceed this time frame, you will be notified by phone or email from a representative of Enchanted Living, LLC.

Please note that all orders ship via UPS or Fed Ex Ground Service and may originate from Enchanted Living, LLC located in San Diego, CA or from the original manufacturer producing the goods. Freight & Handling is calculated by the size, weight and shipping zone to which the parcel is being delivered. Freight and Handling fees will be available for your order at the time of checkout.

• Shipping fees are determined by the dimension, weight and destination of your goods
• Merchandise can be forwarded to a physical address only. Any requests to ship to a P.O. Box will not be accepted
• All shipments will be received within 7-14 days of placing your order, unless notified otherwise.
• All expedited services must be quoted and approved prior to placing your order
• International Shipments are not available at this time

Expedited Services:

Are you in a rush for your gift or purchased goods? If so, you may request Overnight, Second or 3-Day Air shipping methods. Availability of the requested goods and Expedited shipping fees will need to be considered and all shipping fees will need to be approved. Expedited shipping costs are determined by the expedited service, package dimension, weight and destination to which we are forwarding the merchandise.

Simply contact us by email or phone to request a quote for your expedited shipping service request. Please provide us with the following information when making your request:

• The model or item # of the item you wish to expedite. Please specify Overnight, 2nd Day or 3-Day Air Delivery
• It is required that you provide us with your complete shipping address and valid zip code.
• We cannot forward any shipments to a P.O. Box
• All expedited order requests must be received by 11pm PST for same day processing. Otherwise your request will be filled on the next business day
• Early AM and Saturday Delivery Requests will incur additional charges
